Directed by Otho Lovering, Drift Fence (1936) is a classic Paramount Pictures Western based on a Zane Grey story. The plot follows Jim Travis (Tom Keene), a Texas Ranger in disguise who swaps identities with a city-dwelling heir to manage an Arizona ranch. To thwart cattle rustlers led by Clay Jackson, Travis begins constructing a "drift fence".
