To become a Seller, you must:

• Provide accurate identity & verification details
• Own rights to sell listed products/services
• Comply with all applicable laws
• Provide valid tax and business details (if applicable)

The Platform may verify identity at any time.

3. SELLER RESPONSIBILITIES

3.1 Product Authenticity

Seller guarantees:

• Products are genuine and lawful
• No counterfeit, stolen, or unauthorized goods
• Proper labeling and certifications (if required)

3.2 Accurate Listings

Seller must ensure:

• Correct descriptions
• Real product images
• Transparent pricing
• Honest product claims

Misleading listings may be removed.
