Our enforcement is direct, firm, and final.


1. ZERO-TOLERANCE PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

The following activities are strictly banned. Violations may result in immediate permanent removal without warning.


1.1 Dating, Romance & Personal Solicitation

1.3 Scams, Fraud & Financial Exploitation

Any attempt to deceive users for financial gain results in instant permanent ban.

• Payment fraud
• Identity theft
• Fake job offers
• Ponzi or MLM scams


1.4 Unauthorized or Illegal Businesses

Users must not promote or sell services that require government licensing without authorization.

Examples:

• Unlicensed financial advice
• Illegal medicines or substances
• Unauthorized medical claims
• Restricted products


1.5 Impersonation & Identity Misuse

Strictly prohibited:

• Pretending to be another person or business
• Using fake credentials
• AI-based identity manipulation
• Fake company pages


1.6 Harmful, Illegal & Unsafe Content

Users must not post content that:

• Promotes violence or hate
• Is sexually explicit
• Invades privacy
• Encourages illegal activity
• Threatens public safety


2. PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT EXPECTATIONS

All members must maintain a professional and respectful environment.


2.1 Respectful Communication

Users must:

• Communicate politely
• Avoid harassment or abusive language
• Respect cultural and professional diversity


2.2 Authentic Identity Requirement

Members must:

• Use real identities
• Provide accurate professional information
• Avoid misleading claims


2.3 AI Content Transparency

All AI-generated or AI-edited content must be clearly labeled using the platform’s AI-Generated tag.

Deepfake or deceptive AI content is strictly banned.


2.4 Marketplace & Vendor Conduct

Sellers must:

• Deliver products on time
• Provide accurate descriptions
• Maintain honest pricing

Failure to fulfill orders after receiving payment will be treated as fraud.


3. CONTENT QUALITY & PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS

To maintain a high-value ecosystem:

Users should avoid:

• Spam posting
• Irrelevant promotions
• Excessive advertising
• Misleading information
• Low-quality or copied content

Repeated spamming may result in account restrictions.


4. REVIEW SYSTEM ETHICS

Users must ensure reviews are:

• Genuine
• Experience-based
• Non-defamatory

Fake reviews, paid review manipulation, or reputation abuse are prohibited.


5. ENFORCEMENT POLICY – THE ONE-WARNING RULE

Seshta Connect uses a strict but simple enforcement model.


5.1 First-Level Violations

For minor violations:

• User receives ONE official warning
• User must correct behavior immediately


5.2 Severe Violations (Immediate Ban)

No warning will be issued for:

• Fraud or scams
• Gambling promotion
• Dating misuse
• Identity impersonation
• Illegal business activity
• Safety threats

Such accounts are permanently removed immediately.


5.3 Permanent Removal

If a user repeats a violation after warning:

• Account is permanently deleted
• Access to the platform is permanently blocked


5.4 No Appeal Policy

To protect community safety:

• Safety team decisions are final
• No appeals or negotiations are entertained


6. REPORTING VIOLATIONS

Users may report violations through platform tools.

The safety team may:

• Investigate complaints
• Remove content
• Suspend accounts
• Share information with authorities when required

Reason: Violation of Community Standards.

As per our Terms, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy for activities that compromise the professional safety of our members.

This decision is final, and no appeals will be entertained.

Any pending vendor payouts are subject to fraud review and will be processed according to escrow policies.

By using SeshtaConnect.com, you agree to comply with these Community Standards.

Failure to follow these rules may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent removal.
