A unknown health problem most us are suffering unknowingly

The combination of double vision, mild ear pain, giddiness, and left-right confusion, especially when watching an object or driving, could suggest a few possibilities that affect the brain and/or the inner ear and its connections.

 * Vertebrobasilar Insufficiency (VBI): This condition involves reduced blood flow in the posterior circulation of the brain, which supplies the brainstem and cerebellum. These areas are crucial for balance, coordination, vision, and spatial awareness. Symptoms can include dizziness, double vision, and confusion. Ear pain is less typical but could be related to other factors or referred pain.

 * Vestibular Migraine: A type of migraine that can cause vertigo (a spinning sensation often described as giddiness), balance problems, and visual disturbances, including double vision. Ear pain can sometimes occur with migraines. Cognitive symptoms like confusion can also be present.

 * Brainstem Lesion (e.g., stroke, tumor, inflammation): The brainstem controls many vital functions, including vision, balance, hearing, and spatial orientation. A lesion in this area could potentially cause a combination of these symptoms.

 * Multiple Sclerosis (MS): This autoimmune disease can affect the central nervous system, leading to a variety of neurological symptoms, including double vision, dizziness, and cognitive difficulties. Ear pain is less common but can occur.

 * Labyrinthitis or Vestibular Neuritis: These inner ear disorders primarily cause vertigo and balance problems. While double vision and left-right confusion are less direct symptoms, the significant imbalance and sensory mismatch could potentially contribute to a feeling of disorientation. Ear pain can sometimes be associated with ear infections that might lead to labyrinthitis.

It is crucial that you consult a doctor immediately to discuss these symptoms. They will be able to conduct a thorough neurological and physical examination, possibly order imaging studies (like an MRI or CT scan of the brain), and perform vestibular function tests to determine the underlying cause and recommend appropriate treatment.

Do not attempt to self-diagnose or treat this condition, especially as it affects your vision and cognitive abilities, which can be dangerous, particularly when driving.
